Yes it is possible to have your item wrapped FREE of charge when you make a purchase in our shop. Please see our staff in-store for more details.
You don’t need to register to order on our website. However, registering and setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.
Yes, we like to think of our website as a second shop. The prices and offers will therefore be the same online and in-store, subject to stock availability.
You are able to purchase gift vouchers online in denominations of £10, £20 and £50. These are only redeemable in our shop. Unfortunately we cannot currently accept gift cards online.
You need to be registered on the website for this feature. All you need to do is add items to your basket; they will then remain there until you are ready to place your order. If you close your browser session, you can reload your basket, unless your cache and cookies is cleared, which will result in a new order.
